Terroir: The vineyard of white grape varieties is set in skeletal soils made of limestone rock slide.
Grape varieties: Grenache Blanc: 60% Clairette:30% Bourboulinc: 10%
Harvesting:
Hand-made with sorting of grapes arriving at the chai.
Wine-making:
direct pressing. cold controlled racking then, alcoholic fermentation takes place in vats at a controlled temperature
Quantity produced: 20 000 bottles / year
Présentation: traditional bottle from Bourgogne 75 cl et 37,5 cl
Tasting and drinking:
Appearence: bright pale yellow colour with green highlights.
Nose: fragrances of white flowers. A fresh and lively wine with hints of citrus fruits.
Palate: a lively and nervous wine with a very aromatic nose. It develops a harmonious and rounded form with good length.
With food: This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif and is delicious with delicate grilled or baked fish, white meats, good poultry and goats'cheese.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
